For the 6th consecutive year, the Belgian Romanian Chamber of commerce organizes the Belgian Week with the full support and participation of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Romania. Business conferences and seminars with the theme of investments in Romanian real estate will blend with informal networking sessions, all accompanied by a Belgian gastronomic flavor, between April 22-25, at Crowne Plaza Hotel – Bucharest.

The total volume invested last year in Romanian commercial property is reaching an amount of close to 1 bn euro, involving a growth of app. 15 % towards 2016. Multiple Belgian developers in commercial, logistic, industrial and residential real estate are largely contributing to this evolution.
