P3, one of Europe’s leading logistics property investor-developers, has appointed Blake Horsley to the new role of Group Development Director. He will oversee the company’s ambitious development programme, which includes new buildings on existing P3 parks as well as a number of new parks as P3 expands in the nine countries in which it is already represented and enters new territories.
Horsley, who joined P3 at the beginning of 2016 as Country Head for Romania, will work closely with each of P3’s country teams to facilitate the development process as the P3 portfolio grows and to enhance the Build-to-Suit offer to customers.
Horsley, 33, has 13 years of experience in real estate, with a background in investment and private equity as well as people and project management. He started his career in his native country, New Zealand. At just 23 years old, he became Colliers International’s youngest ever manager globally when he was appointed manager of the Metropolitan Sales & Leasing Teams in Wellington, before moving to Romania in 2008 where he lead Colliers International Romania investment team as the Director of Capital Markets. And then, in 2013, he became Vice President and Head of Acquisitions for Benevo Capital Corporation in Romania before joining P3.

Horsley will be succeeded as Country Head for Romania by Sînziana Pardhan, currently Acquisitions Director for the country.
P3’s portfolio has grown by over 635,000m² to almost 4 million m² in the last year, reflecting a 20% increase in lettable area. 26 new properties have been added within a year. This confirms P3’s position as one of the leading developers of warehouse and logistics space in Europe.
