Bogdan Gabor, National Operations Manager, Lugera
Bogdan joined Lugera as Project Manager in October 2010 and in 2012 was named Regional Sales and Operations Manager for the western part of Romania. His results proposed him for a new position in Lugera and in August 2016 he took over the role of National Operations Manager. Bogdan has a thorough understanding of the HR challenges and extended experience on impact projects.
Virginia Pauna, Project Leader Best Employers Romania
Virginia is leading in Romania the engagement survey organized by Aon Hewitt globally for 20 years. Virginia coordinates the project locally for the 4th consecutive year. She has more than 8 year experience in Human Resources area, be it employee engagement and satisfaction, be it employee benefit plans, and brings added value for the plans developed together with the companies for which she offered support.
