Blue Projects was appointed by Polish retail property investment company Scallier to provide the following services for a retail park located in Turda, Romania:

- Site management
This is one of 6 retail facilities that will be developed by 2022 under the Funshop Park brand, with a total leasable area of 40,000 sqm. Scallier has decided to seek BREEAM certification for the parks.
Scallier is a retail property investment company founded in Poland in 2011, specializing in the sector of retail parks, regional galleries, arcades and free-standing commercial facilities. Funshop Park is a compact facility tailored to the needs of local communities. “Funshop Park will introduce a new quality of retail to the markets of Romanian medium-sized and small towns. The inhabitants of such areas often do not have access to modern commercial space or it is very limited. Funshop Park will bridge this gap by providing their inhabitants with tailor-made facilities offering an attractive retail and F&B offer,” says Wojciech Jurga, Partner at Scallier.
