The Greater Paris project includes plans to build 84,000 housing units, 2.5 million m² of office space and over 2.1 million m² of public amenities in neighborhoods surrounding the stations of the developing Grand Paris Express network.
The 363 urban projects (and 32 million m²) scheduled for completion by 2030 are to be more accessible, mixed, and open, as well as greener. They will create tremendous opportunities for development and yield in years to come.
This is an ambitious program designed to spawn new commercial hubs tailored to society’s changing habits, taking into account and facilitating remote working, e-commerce and sustainable mobility.
