The company is increasing its total manufacturing space fivefold , expanding from 50,000 to 250,000 square feet. This includes its first North American facility in Houston, Texas and a significant expansion of its existing factory in Cluj, Romania, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟒,𝟔𝟓𝟎 𝐬𝐪𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟗,𝟑𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐪𝐦 in TRC Park Cluj.
The new 150,000-square-foot facility in Houston marks a pivotal milestone for InfraPartners as it establishes a manufacturing presence in the US. This strategic move will allow the company to better serve customers in the Americas, improve delivery times, and accelerate the deployment of its industry-leading modular AI data centers.
At the same time, InfraPartners is doubling its Cluj, Romania facility from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet. This growth bolsters its EMEA operations, ensuring the company can meet the rising demand for AI-driven digital infrastructure while maintaining superior quality standards, providing schedule certainty, and reducing onsite labor requirements for its customers.
With this enhanced manufacturing capacity, InfraPartners will be able to deploy 500 MW of AI data centers across EMEA and 700 MW throughout the Americas annually.
