OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has won the “Project Management of the year” award at the CIJ Awards 2015. The event was at its 8th edition and took place on the 3rd of December at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest.
OPTIM PM has been honored with the title for its invaluable contributions to the real estate industry and for the positive and substantial impact on the design and construction industry by delivering a portfolio of buildings that set new standards for construction quality and reflecting the increasingly strict demands of the post-crisis market while maintaining high environmental standards.
After a successful 2014, when Optim PM celebrated 5 years of activity and delivered retail and office projects such as Green Gate, Vulcan Value Center, Salesianner Mietex Factory in Oradea, Offices for GSK in Brasov, Targu Jiu Shopping Center, 3 Cinema City complexes in the country, it has started 2015 with more than 10 appointments and currently have more than 20 ongoing projects distributed throughout Romania and Slovakia, managed with dedicated Staffing of more than 100 construction professionals.
In addition Optim PM has performed a number of Technical Due Diligence prior acquisition services for Real Estate Clients and TDD & construction monitoring services for different banks, for re/financing of different projects.
