P3, one of the leading pan-European logistics real estate owners, developers and asset managers, has reinforced its corporate marketing team in order to enhance future expansion plans, which will include significant growth in Western Europe. The appointment of Kordula Kiefer-Kempf follows the recent recruitment of Julie Svárovská and Adam Foks together with the promotion of Hynek Bartík to Group PR & Marketing Director.
Specific responsibilities for P3 marketing in Poland, Slovakia and Romania are assigned to Julie Svárovská who has been appointed as a PR & Marketing Specialist. With extensive marketing, sales and events experience, Svárovská previously worked at IBM Corporation and KPMG Czech Republic. A graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, she holds an MA from the La Salle University in Philadelphia where she majored in communications and PR.
Kiefer-Kempf has joined the P3 marketing team as Marketing Manager for Western Europe, an area in which P3 is planning significant expansion over the next 12 months. She was previously at IDI Gazeley, where she had worked since 2004, most recently as marketing manager for Europe & China. Kiefer-Kempf will be based in P3’s office in Frankfurt. She is a language graduate from the University of Saarbrücken and has 25 years of experience in the construction sector.
Commenting on Kiefer-Kempf’s appointment, Hynek Bartik said: “As we grow in Western Europe, we need specific marketing support for our teams in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands. As an experienced marketer who understands these countries, Kordula is an ideal fit for us. She knows the logistics sector in these markets and has very strong track record in implementing innovative marketing strategies. She will bring a range of skills to the implementation of our marketing strategy and will help us to develop it further. Her appointment is a part of the strategic expansion of our marketing team, which of course has also included two other key appointments, of Julie Svárovská and Adam Foks.”
Foks has been appointed as Marketing Co-ordinator and will work specifically in the Czech Republic. He joins P3 from marketing consultancy Wunderman where he gained extensive experience in customer relationship management. Foks also worked in management, sales and marketing in the Czech Republic, Turkey and Barbados for AIESEC, the global student exchange organisation. Foks is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague.
The marketing team is managed by Bartík, recently promoted to Group PR&Marketing Director, who joined P3 in 2014 after eight years in sales management, business development and B2B marketing with the technology giant Philips.
