The listed real estate investment company S IMMO AG has launched another project in Bratislava, the Einsteinova Business Center. The property is located right near the Danube in the Petržalka district and is directly connected to the old town via a pedestrian and tram bridge. A modern, sustainable office building offering 23,500 m² of lettable space is being built on the site, which encompasses roughly 11,600 m². The offices will offer plenty of parking, with 700 above-ground and underground parking spaces. The building is planned as a green building and should receive BREEAM certification with a level of “excellent”.
S IMMO AG is realising the project in cooperation with its joint venture partners SJP Invest, s.r.o., and the local developer KRON Real s.r.o. High-profile international tenants were secured for the property in the early construction phase. Companies such as UNIQA poisťovňa, a.s., Dataplan and Tempest will set up shop in units at Einsteinova Business Center. Thus, the pre-letting level is already well above 80%, and the property is scheduled to be completed around the turn of the year from 2017 to 2018.
