CAP 3000 wins the „Best Shopping Centre” award in the world at the MIPIM Awards 2022!
Organised during the MIPIM (International Market for Real Estate Professionals), the MIPIM Awards reward each year the most remarkable real estate projects worldwide. On 17 March 2022, the CAP 3000 shopping centre in the Nice Côte d’Azur region in Saint-Laurent-du-Var was awarded the prize for the „Best Shopping Centre” in the world, thanks to its extension, which was completed in 2021!
France’s oldest shopping centre has always been able to reinvent itself and stay one step ahead of consumer expectations and needs. After a pharaonic renovation, Cap 3000 is unfolding its undulating facades, 5,000 m2 of terraces and glass roofs facing the Mediterranean, transforming shopping into a new French art de vivre.
