Shortly before scheduled completion of its THE MARK office project in Bucharest, S IMMO AG is pleased to announce that the building is more than 75% pre-let to renowned tenants such as Deloitte, Dentons, WPP, and Starbucks.
S IMMO AG is working hard to finish its THE MARK project in Bucharest. The letting of the property began this summer, and first successes were soon achieved. Deloitte Romania – the local subsidiary of one of the world’s leading auditing, tax consulting, and financial advisory services companies, will be occupying eight entire floors with over 8,500 m² of space in the building. Companies such as Dentons (one of the largest international law firms), Infosys (a multinational IT group), WPP (the world’s leading communication agency network), and Starbucks are also among the new tenants at THE MARK.
“In Romania, letting usually begins shortly before a property is completed. We are pleased to have signed leases for three-quarters of the space already, and that we can welcome such highly respected tenants at THE MARK. THE MARK, located at a central intersection near Victoriei Square in Bucharest, consists of two state-of-the-art elements. Everything from the design to the technology is at the cutting edge, which makes this project a class A property. The elegant 15-storey tower and the seven-storey podium offer around 25,500 m² of lettable space. The building also meets very high ecological standards. This includes an efficient and flexible space design as well as extremely efficient low-energy systems that help to cut the overall power consumption of the building alongside its climate-sensitive façade. S IMMO seeks to obtain a BREEAM sustainability certificate at the “Excellent” level for the project.
