VISIONAPARTMENTS has successfully acquired the former Ramada Bucharest Majestic Hotel, making the company one of the major players in the Romanian real estate market. This outstanding property with 111 rooms can be found in the busy center on Calea Victoriei, one of Bucharest’s oldest historic streets, with the famous old town starting just behind the property.
VISIONAPARTMENTS continues its expansion course
After relocating to Romania in the beginning of 2019, Anja Graf purchased a land plot of 156,000 m2 near Bucharest not long ago to build a major, multifunctional real estate complex. This extraordinary project promises an innovative approach with creative concepts, leading the company to a new area of business in the future.

This is happening less than two weeks after the company announced its new projects in Basel, Lugano and Zurich Glattbrugg in Switzerland, whereas VISIONAPARTMENTS Basel is already scheduled to open its doors on 15. July 2021.
Facilities of the property
The historic hotel was built in 1920 and offers 111 rooms in the heart of Bucharest on Calea Victoriei. Tourists enjoy direct access to shops, restaurants, businesses and much more. Major attractions nearby include the National Museum of Art.
It is also the ideal accommodation for business travelers, who benefit not only from the business center, but also from the 450m2 event space with 6 meeting rooms, located directly in the hotel. These facilities can accommodate up to 300 guests. A gym, a spa area with a pool and jacuzzi as well as a bar and two restaurants are also part of the property. VISIONAPARTMENTS Bucharest is scheduled to open in autumn 2021 after a refreshing the existing facilities.
