As of October 1, 2023, RB REAL Asset GmbH (Germany) will have another managing partner: Roland F. Bühler.
Roland F. Bühler and J. C. Gereon Raab, member of the Executive Board of REESE Group, will jointly manage the company, which focuses on strategic asset management.
Roland F. Bühler has been successfully active in the field of real estate asset management for more than 16 years. During his time as managing director at various project and management companies and most recently as CEO of Flemings Asset Management GmbH (Frankfurt a. Main,
J. C. Gereon Raab emphasizes: „We are very happy to have such an experienced expert as Roland F. Bühler for RB REAL Asset and thus for the REESE Group. This will allow us to further expand our scope of joint services and leverage the synergies between real estate asset management and the construction expertise of our group for our customers.”
RB REAL Asset specializes in asset and portfolio management, transaction consulting, due diligence, feasibility studies, consulting for project developments and risk analysis.
Since 1985, the REESE Group, which today comprises eleven companies, has been supporting construction and real estate projects of various types and sizes.
In addition to the planning of technical equipment and the complete supervision of construction projects in construction management, consulting services and catering concepts are also part of the constantly growing portfolio of services.
