Resi4Rent makes its debut in Warsaw

The first building of the Resi4Rent project, being part of the Warsaw Brewery, has obtained its occupancy permit. In the all-purpose part of Warsaw’s Wola district, revitalized by Echo Investment, Resi4Rent has developed 450 comfortable apartments for long-term rent. The first tenants have been moving in.

Resi4Rent, that offers nearly 800 apartments in Wrocław and Łódź, has started to rent out its first project in Warsaw. This highly awaited complex, that added another purpose to the city-forming Warsaw Brewery project, will eventually offer 450 apartments to rent. The first building is finished, while the adjoining 17-storey tower will welcome its first residents in November. Architects from the JEMS studio have also designed 7 two-storey apartments on the top floors.

Resi4Rent Browary Warszawskie is a unique project in our portfolio. Located in one of the fastest growing districts of the capital city, in the middle of a multifunctional complex under construction, it is a perfect example of our company’s development strategy in the largest cities in Poland. Our facilities are featured by a central or well-connected location, a guarantee of unchanged renting terms and market rent rates. And all this without casual visits of a private owner. – Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent

Resi4Rent owns all apartments to rent and thus the company can provide an adequate standard, without intermediaries and hidden costs. Each apartment is fully finished and ready to move in right away. Resi4Rent equips its apartments with built-in furniture, household appliances and necessary furniture. In addition, the apartments in Resi4Rent Browary Warszawskie are equipped with air conditioning. Internet is included in a rental price. The company also offers to rent a place in the underground garage.

We only rent out new apartments owned by us and built by the biggest Polish developer. We choose the best locations, such as the Warsaw Brewery, because we know that a good place is not only about saving time, easy access to services, but also a unique experience. We want our residents to live comfortably and pleasantly with us – regardless they are singles or a family with children and a dog. Everyone is welcome to join us – Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent

The company’s portfolio is primarily aimed at people who need to be flexible and are not willing or able to take a mortgage. The solutions offered by Resi4Rent guarantee a possibility to choose your apartment size, a contract that is clear and transparent as well as a dedicated service office.

The Resi4Rent building is an example of timeless architecture, designed by the JEMS Architekci studio. The project’s distinguishing feature is its original façade in light gray colour, that perfectly harmonizes with the surroundings. What is more, slanted recesses of large windows, creating interesting, triangular shadows throughout the facade, draw attention. On the ground floors a number of service and catering premises have been designed. From the inside of the Warsaw Breweries, tables of restaurant and cafés will face a woonerf of Haberbusch and Schiele. The tenants also have at their disposal a spacious green patio in the yard.
Currently, Resi4Rent owns nine projects under construction or in advanced planning. As a target, the company will offer 7.5 thousand apartments within a few years in the six largest Polish cities – Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. Echo Investment, one of the most important developers in Poland, that also holds 30% of shares in Resi4Rent, is responsible for planning, designing and developing projects. The second shareholder is a recognized global investment fund (70%), represented by Griffin Real Estate.
